There are lots of options available to manage, control, relieve or eliminate pain. But if you don’t start at the core you will never get a permanent solution. I have found that if we adjust how you walk, sit & sleep a huge portion if not all of your pain can be mitigated. It is simple and completely under your control. Always at you finger tips.
If you change how you are using your body you will find out if you feel better or not. When you are slumped over with you head down you feel self-conscious. This can cause neck and upper back pain. If you sit up with a long spine and neck, with eyes looking out you radiate confidence and the pain is gone.
Our bodies contain the tools we are born with. We assume from the moment we are born that our body is going to work well for us. We never question it, we just GET UP and GO! But when things start to break our world shatters a little bit at a time as we lose our function. Then we don’t trust that our bodies will be there for us. We don’t dare do anything. We don’t know who to ask for help. We don’t know WHAT TO DO!
In person I use your complaint as the framework to discuss how you are using your body and how that contributes to or causes the pain you are experiencing. My videos are designed to teach you how to do this for yourself.

We start by talking about what you can do, what you don’t do and does it hurt to do that? Then a whole new world begins to open up for you. You start to change how you live in your body.
